Demonstration of detection of Salmonella Spp. In food Samples which is raw milk for this case. The process begins with the enriching the sample to recover the cells of Salmonella in case they are damaged. This test is a detection test to determine the presence or absence of Salmonella Spp. in the food sample. It is not an enumeration test. From the sample (raw Milk) the observed test indicated positivity or presence of Salmonella Spp.
